Health Shuttles
We run a busy community health shuttle making over 50 trips a week around the region from our hub here at the Foxton Beach Community Centre. Our community health shuttles, run by friendly and caring volunteers, are on the road from 6am to 5pm, from the Foxton Beach community centre serving Foxton, Shannon, Waitārere, and Himatangi.
We assist with travel to medical and wellness appointments, including doctors, podiatrists, pharmacies, beauty appointments or even visiting a partner in hospital.
We care about your journey and have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle available. Count on us for a stress-free ride to your necessary appointments and back home again.

Companion Cars
Our new Companion Car service is now up and running. If you are feeling alone, stuck at home or need to get out and about for a few hours, this service is for you.
Our friendly and local driver can pick you up from your home and take you out for a few hours.
Outings could include: shopping in Foxton, a visit to Foxton Beach, a visit to a local cafe for a coffee, a visit to the library, get your local errands sorted, or even a visit to our Foxton Beach Community Centre and op shop.
This health and wellbeing service is available from Tuesday to Thursday and bookings are for two hours.
